NEED OF TIME - WE HAVE TO CHANGE

What I feel is that we need a system which can have a say on how we have to behave in public and how we can show that we indeed walk the talk.As a person in Spiritual and social field since 1978 I have started realizing that we have to develop a system in which the people related to spirituality or social service are more transparent.Recently lot of incidents have come in light related to people of religious establishments about not behaving the way they should be.We have to propagate refined and scientific spirituality more and more.I hope all of you agree with me.

  3. Yes ! We do agree with you completely. Religious and social leaders have a huge responsibility to practice what they preach in their own life.

But how do we propagate SciSpi? To the general public? Of course we do it with our own conduct in our area of influence?

    Jai Gurudev!!!

We are very happy to see you on blogspot and we wish all spiritual leaders should blog and spread their innovative changes in society.

I agree with your above blog on ‘we have to change..’ Here I have below few comments.

    1. Every one always talks and plan for new system development but we are always lacking in implementing the same. System which developed countries are following same or less we are also having but we all know how much percentage, we have implemented or rather we are following. So, here I believe, don’t you think rather focusing on planning on new system, we should focus on controlling and how rigidly should follow and implement the system?
    2. As you said rightly that people of religious establishments not behaving the way they should… what I feel here is.. So far no one has focus on spirituality and that is why majority of the people are still not able to distinguish between spirituality and Religious.

    Pranam.

So nice to hear from you this way.
I fully agree with you on spiritual and social leaders behavior. For me those are not the spiritual at all, they are just cheaters who cross all limits b'caz of greed.
I believe a common man who struggle for livelyhood is more spiritual than those cheating spiritual and social leaders.

It is really great to see you posting on blog.

I absolutely agree with your thought of 'Walk the Talk' for everyone on the path of Spirituality and Social Service. Transparency is very important.

I remember Vandaniya Mataji's pravachan where she said "Shraddha se hi Shraddha Jeeti Jaati Hai..." I must have heard this long back in my childhood but these words are still fresh and alive deep in my mind. I simple understand that in order to inspire others to walk on this path of Scientific Spirituality (in order to win their Shraddha) we have to be dedicated to the words our Gurusatta (our Shraddha)

You posting has once again inspired me to self check and analyse as am I on the right track. I am sure this blog is going to help a lot of people to stay in touch and share views.

When I heard about your blog I got very excited to see your thoughts. "Walk the talk" is really a missing item I feel most of the time in the field of Spirituality and social service. That makes many people to think twice before going deeper as it need some sacrifise (time, effort & money). System of transperency - who are following right practise is really need of time.

  19. Adarniya Dr. Saheb,

The recent incidents have once again shown how blind people of India are as far as religion is concerned. They do not bother to think whom they follow. This is only because of their lack of independent thinking and intelligence. And unfortunately religions have never focused their attention on making people nurture such intellectual qualities. Religions operate solely on emotional and faith based principles. Religions claim what can never be verified. Hence, it becomes a play of child to make people follow and fool. So, it is only this irrational approach which is the root cause of this problem.

In principle we agree that there should be some system to regulate religious affairs and impart transparency and accountability to them. But the key question is how to do it.

    Suggestions:

    At the policy level:

1)Declaration of assets should be made compulsory for all religious organizations and Gurus.

2)Extension of Right to Information Act to religious organizations as well.

    3)More stringent punishments for hypocrites.

Apart from policy level reforms, it is religion which can save religion. All those like minded spiritual elites should come forward, unite, raise their voice and make people aware to beware of such ill practices in the name of religion.

Is it possible to organize a large scale national level seminar with all major religious / spiritual organizations in the light of recent events for the sole purpose of making people alert, aware and guide them on what to follow and what not to and along with this to put forward demands of stricter regulations and laws in front of the government?

    Regards.

The issue is that the followers are weaker soul and such institutions or its branch are being run as a group of like minded people who carry dual personality and take advantage or influences weaker will power social mass.
Can a system protect anyone when its care takers are corrupted? perhaps difficult. Correction is required at root level of human grooming rest all should be corrected over a course of time.

Gurdev's sutra "Hum sudharenge Yug Sudharega" is critically important and need real implementation in all respect.

Just 2 weeks ago , I and my parents had been to Mathura. We stayed in an so called Ashram which had lot of rooms and mandir inside. They charged Rs 500 / day and for low quality food they charged 40Rs/plate. All of this is ok but when they made the bill for room rental , they made the bill as a charity to the trust. These
so called Saints have gone totally commercial in an unethical way. I also did visit Gayatri Tapobhoomi and wished should have stayed there
due to simplicity and the positive energy there.

Media paticularly internet has transformed the life of masses in terms of itellectual thinking process due to availability of such material easily accessable to everybody. You can also follow many sprtitual leaders for their encouraging/enchanting thoughts which is small leap towards spritual journey in somebody's life.
In today's materialistic world such kind of interaction as well as conection with spritual materials give strength to stay awake /intact without getting addicted to material kick.
What is more important not only to read and follow thoughts but implement the same in day today life of ours as Dr Pandyaji suggested and that is the real challange in everybody's life.

  31. When you say ‘we need a system’

Yes we do need it as a cast or as a model for every one to see and thereby lead by example.

I have noticed a few ‘spiritual establishments’ which haven’t been successful (in terms of spiritual awakening of masses)
Because their actual intention wasn’t so ,
or the intentions changed over time
    or the approach was flawed.

Even we as an organization are susceptible to these things (but for Pram pujya Gurudev’s direction and guidance )
You say “We have to propagate refined and scientific spirituality more and more.”

We must do this at war level as some one put it well on internet “While no one would condone elements claiming to be spiritual guides and involving themselves in wrong acts,it is unfortunate to see media both in India and the world trying to portray the above scandals as a representative of all the Indian Gurus.”

This sentence makes me shudder to realize how all the years of hard work can go in vain. Its really like evil is at its shrewdest!!! We need a strategist like Shri Krishna / Pujya Gurudev to fight this war. We have his guidance through the Kranti Dharmi Sahitya for this.

But with attacks from so many various sides and faiths on crisis it’s becoming difficult to hold our grounds. Even as much we know that we must stay persistent and united in our efforts but please guide us and stay with us through the next few steps …

Would congratulate and welcome you on this initiative of posting your Blogs. For a person like me these shall be source of inspiration , guidance and motivation for bringing in thought revolution within myself.

I feel it is a fact but a bit unfortnate one that "transparency" is the real need of the hour, be it any realm or aspect of human transactional ecosystem like business, politics, religion etc.
We would need transparency only when there is a lack of trust? And this is where I find it unfortunate that we live in a world where there is lack of trust so high that we demand everyone to function in an open - visible to all environment.

Until we model ourselves for others to follow it is essential that we remain transparent to others and most importantly to ourselves.

ji prabhu true said we need system. But the thought come in mind that we show many organisations since shri ramkrishna mission and till now. All are gradually and time being bound in square of seniors’ believes, steps taken in their situations, constitution design when organisation found, reactions of works. So the new system is away from Organisational structure. It influence individual people’s inner core which play role in Government, other organisations, corporate etc., So the new design like "Pomegranate" everyone have same cells but all are having their own individual, every bean is having different shape but having same flavour “love” and colour ”world nationality” and properties “Swayam sevak” . All the bean are covered under one Shell “ Scientific Spirituality” . All Thoughts, feelings, day to day life and each and every behaviour, action, reaction is bland of Scientific Spirituality.

Its nice to have you on the blog sphere.

I also feel that there should be such kind of system.I feel that there should be a system which allows two way communication in any such organization. That means anybody can communicate with anyone in the entire structure. The "two way communication" will give more clarity about the objectives and shall be able to fill the communication gap between people of the organization. This will help by bringing people together and finding out hidden potential. I feel the accessibility and exposure to the information has been achieved. But it should be embodied with the responsibility for every act.

I feel that there should be more interaction between the people within the organization. There should be a simple guideline for every single person about the goals/what he or she is suppose to do and he or she should be provided a feedback on his achievement later on. It will help such organizations improve communication with the "people thing" which will help them achieve their objectives.

I totally agree with what you have said. Leaders in any field have lot of responsibility , since the followers and the team members look at the leader for guidance and motivation . A spiritual leader has even more responsibility , since entire community watches him besides his followers .

The spiritual leaders in news for all wrong reasons are not Spiritual at all , they are drawn to this field only because they see money and power flowing in the name of spirituality . We need to bring out articles time and again defining " Spiritual Leadership"

    charan sparsh!

It is good to see you on blog and giving the followings a possibility to share and interact.

I started reading and gradually imbibing Gurujee's light through "Akhanda Jyoti" since 1982 at age of 13yrs.

There was/is one section that used to be called "Apano se apni baat"; this was a guideline on how to behave in society, expectation of gurujee if they(individuals) claim to belong to Gayatri priwar.

There are two aspects of this problem:
1> Shantikunj enforces a code of conduct at all Shaktipeeth.
2>The people who follow the path of gayatri should learn this "Kama tatwa ka gyaan Vigyaan" "Nari ko bhog ki wastu na samjhain".

Unless people learn their "Kama" aspect, they are prone to deviate. Society values "Beahma-acharan", and at early age just supression is followed even by followers.

Gayatri speaks of "Sumvardhan" of this "Kama" energy as basic philosophy to build upon our personality and life around us.

Every thing in Gayatri builds around this foundation.(From one way of seeing Gayatri AS KAAMaDHENU)

Otherwise it is not surprising to see Nityanands...

So I am willing, rather commited to build that education system(based on gurujee's writing)in form of multilingual international website for you perusal.
I am not getting time but doing the work slowly.

Having a transparent mechanism to control human behaviour enforced by the system(shanti-kunj) at Shaktipeeth level is possible only under your capacity.

I am from Patna, i have seen the caste factor playing just to control or be in power. I must say it has been cleaned by shantikunja lately. We have be ruthless in cleaning such weeds.
It is better to produce 100 truely transformed individuals who maintain sanctity of this Gayatri pariwar then just relishing numerical expansion.

One point 2 we need evaluation based system where individual could guage his/her spiritual progress. In other words there should be yardstick for "sadhna-path" that one could strive for and achieve.

Sharing of other's experience is needed

There are some in "Gayatri mahavigyaan". I must add actaully it is embedded in Akhandjyoti but it is not emphasized, till one gets into that rythum, through continious "Swadhya", months after months.

It is hidden in Akhandajyoti and seeker will definitely find it.
But the time today is to make it even more open.
Gurujee has done "Utkilan" of gayatri, now the responsibility is to make it a course, with defined goals and visible goal.

    with kind regards
